Insurance & Out-of-Pocket

Although most insurance companies do not cover LASIK or other laser vision correction, some plans cover a portion of the total cost. Contact us or check with your insurance company to see if you qualify for coverage.

Cataract surgery with a standard monofocal lens is typically covered at 80% by Medicare Part B, after your deductible, when medically necessary. Premium lens upgrades are an additional out-of-pocket cost above the covered amount.

For procedures covered by insurance, co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles will vary by plan. Our team can help verify your specific benefits before your appointment.
